Overview
The Valley of Flowers National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the two main areas that make up the Nanda Devi Biosphere Reserve. The other main area is the Nanda Devi National Park, which can be found in the Chamoli District of Uttarakhand. The Valley of Flowers National Park covers an area of 87 square kilometres and is located in the heart of the Himalayas. It is nestled in the foothills of both the Great Himalayan and Zanskar mountain ranges. The height and altitude of the walk is 14,400 feet (or 4389 metres) above the level of the ocean. From Haridwar back to Haridwar, the length of the trek is five nights and six days. It is a location rich of uncommon Himalayan flora and flowers as well as birds that are unusual in nature and can only be found at a certain altitude. This region is located in Nepal. The vegetation and wildlife of the valley are very vulnerable and on the verge of extinction. The national park is encircled by mountains with elevations as high as Gauri Parbat (6,590 metres), Rataban (6,126 metres), and Kunth Khal (4,430 metres). The Pushapavati river is another one that travels through the valley and eventually meets up with the Lakshman Ganga at Ghangaria. Ghangaria may be reached from Govindghat by travelling a distance of 13 km. The popularity of this walk is largely attributable to the presence of a beautiful garden that is in full bloom throughout the month of July. It is reported that in 1931, three British mountaineers headed by Frank S. Smythe were disoriented and stumbled into this breathtaking valley as a result of their mistake. Smythe was the one who made the discovery. Because of the breathtaking scenery, he decided to give the region the name "Valley of Flowers."

Trek Plan
At the Haridwar Bus Stop or the Haridwar Railway Station, all of the fearless trekkers will assemble. After leaving the station, we will begin our ascent in one of the transport that we have prepared for everyone to use. The ascent will last around fifteen minutes. Everyone will get started on their trek to Joshimath or Govindghat, which will take them down the path that passes via Joshimath and Devaprayag. Because of this, the trip will be packed with a variety of visual delights and well-known places that you will have the opportunity to see. Along the journey, as we go through Devaprayag, we will get the opportunity to see the sacred point where the Bhagirathi and Alaknanda rivers meet to create the Ganges River. The coming together of these two rivers, each of which is utterly unique and enchanting in its own right, to form what is known as the holy Ganges is certainly a breathtaking display of the power and beauty of nature. Following this, we will make our way to Joshimath, which is our last destination and is home to a number of significant religious pilgrimage places. This location is suitable for our overnight accommodations. We will assist you in participating in enjoyable activities so that you may get used to the weather and environment of the location. After engaging in some interesting conversation and activities, we will have a balanced meal together and then rest for the evening.
Today is the first day of our adventure to the Valley of Flowers, and we couldn't be more excited! After a hearty breakfast, you will be greeted by the breathtaking sight of the sun rising over the Himalayas, and then you will be ready to begin the walk. You should fill your bottles with water and pack your energy bars, in addition to bringing along any other essential items you believe you may need. We begin our walk in the direction of Ghangaria. The rise from the Valley of Flowers to Ghangaria is a manageable 14 km long and steady. We are going to call it a day once we get to Ghangaria. We will make this our home for the night, and in the meanwhile, you are free to investigate the next village of Ghangaria. We have some enjoyable activities planned for you such as games and exercises that are designed to keep you fit while also keeping you energised and having fun. In addition, everyone's level of enthusiasm is going to be at an all-time high since the long-awaited and gorgeous Valley of Flowers trek is finally going to take place tomorrow.
After a hearty breakfast, we will go back on the trail and continue climbing to reach an elevation of 3,858 metres so that we may reach the Valley of Flowers journey. This image, which is soothing to the spirit, is going to make you lose your breath! You can see the work of art that nature has created stretch out in front of you in the shape of a field of blossoming flowers. The abundance of colours stand out against the backdrop of the blue sky and the snow-capped mountains of the Himalayas. In the heart of the meadows, you will be surprised to find a multitude of brilliant butterflies, some of which you have likely never seen before. This beautiful sight will leave you unable to utter a single word. You are welcome to make the most of your time in this enchanted area by engaging in whatever pursuits make your soul happy, whether they be yoga, meditation, taking photographs, going on a nature walk, or anything else. When the time is appropriate, we will begin our walk back to Ghangaria, where we have made our home for the night. You are going to come back with an experience that is memorable for the rest of your life, and then we are going to have supper together. We shall entertain ourselves with games and lively conversation, or you are free to have an early night if you like. The trek has not yet provided us with all of its experiences, and tomorrow brings with it yet another adventure.
Hemkund Sahib is a well-known Sikh pilgrimage site, and today we will walk there. It is widely held that the Gurudwara was the place of worship at where Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Sikh Guru, had meditated for a considerable amount of time. This location exudes an air of tranquilly that is characteristic of locations that are held in high regard spiritually since it is encircled by seven mountains covered in snow. As a result, we will begin our journey to Hemkund Sahib with breakfast, and then proceed to climb a steep and relatively strenuous ascent for around four hours. We are going to take some time to relax and let our minds and bodies recharge here. After we have had our lunch here, we will continue on to Ghangaria and then go back down the mountain. As soon as we come back, we are going to eat dinner here together before sleeping for the night.
Today is the day when we finally leave the little village of Ghangaria. Following a fantastic breakfast, we will continue our trek in the same direction from Ghangaria all the way to Govindghat. The route leading down to the settlement of Poolna is rather straightforward. You may have a tour of Auli in the evening with some of the other trekkers if you'd want to.
Our fascinating journey comes to an end on the sixth and last day of our trip. We will have an early start from Joshimath/Govindghat and go to Haridwar so that everyone can depart for their separate destinations in a timely manner from Haridwar. Our amazing journey to the Valley of Flowers has come to an end with this turn of events. We anticipate arriving at Haridwar somewhere between 6 PM and 7 PM.
