Booking and Refund Policy

  1. 2000Rs per person are the booking amount and rest payment must be made before starting the trek.
  2. Himalayan Runner has total rights to change any condition or itinerary without prior notice.
  3. The payments once made are refundable when claimed before 30days of the trek start date. Afterwards, 50% will be deducted.
  4. The advance or whole amount can be adjusted in future treks if there is natural disaster or government ban at that time.
  5. There will be no refund, if there is no show of payment or invoice receipt.
  6. There will be no refund or adjustment, if the money is claimed before 10days of the trek.
